The site is currently under construction, but pretty soon you can come back here to find a forum where you can post stories about your customer service experiences. For example, you'll hear from me about the fantastic service I recently received at
Orange Cycle, and about the terrible experiences I've had with
No Limits Mixed Martial Arts and Tustin Toyota.
I think the world would be a much better place if all companies took care of their customers as if they actually want to see them return. And I don't mean by telling me that my call is important while I wait on seemingly endless hold, but by actually taking care of problems in a prompt, courteous, professional manner when they come up. I hope that this site will provide a public means by which people can voice their grivances about poor customer service as well as praise those companies that do things right.
I hope to have the site up and running soon, but in the meantime, please send me your customer service story via email and I will be happy to include it as soon as I get things going.
